Pappas.
A relationship-first dentist bringing artistry, advanced restorative thinking and genuine warmth together for patients throughout Phoenix.
Precision · Comfort · Connection
A personal beginning
A dentist who
understands fear.
Dr. Pappas’s approach began long before dental school—with his own experience as a child who was deeply afraid of the dentist.
Everything changed when his family chose a new dentist whose genuine love for the profession was evident in every interaction. Over time, fear gave way to trust. The relationship he experienced in that dental chair ultimately inspired the kind of dentist he wanted to become.
That pivotal connection remains a cornerstone of Arcadia Dental Arts: listen carefully, explain clearly, move at the patient’s pace and never lose sight of the person behind the smile.
“Dentistry is about support and helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. This is something we prioritize at every visit.
Comfort is clinical.
A patient who feels heard and safe can participate more confidently in care.
Clarity builds trust.
Questions are welcomed, options are explained and recommendations are never rushed.
Details shape outcomes.
Health, function and aesthetics are evaluated together for results that feel natural.

How he approaches care
Never a template.
